CHAP. 90.— An Act To reduce the fire limit required by the Act approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, in respect to the proposed Federal building at Salisbury, Maryland. May 15, 1914. [[S. 4158](/us/bill/63/s/4158).] [[Public, No. 101](/us/pl/63/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Salisbury, Md. Fire limits reduced, public building at. Vol. 37, p. 890. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to disregard the provisions contained in the public building Act approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, requiring forty feet open space for fire protection about the proposed Federal building at Salisbury, Mainland, or to reduce the space required thereby to such an extent as he may deem necessary.
