CHAP. 89.— An Act To amend section two of an Act entitled “An Act to incorporate the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.” March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 2504](/us/bill/63/hr/2504).][[Public, No. 277](/us/pl/63/277).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section two of an Act Daughters of the American Revolution.Vol. 29, p. 9, amended.entitled “An Act to incorporate the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution,” approved February twentieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows:
" “Sec. 2. That the said society is authorized to hold real and personal Property limit increased.estate in the United States, so far only as may be necessary to its lawful ends, to an amount not exceeding $1,000,000, and may adopt a constitution and make by-laws not inconsistent with law, and may adopt a seal. “The said society shall have its headquarters or principal office at Headquarters.Washington, in the District of Columbia.” " Approved, March 3, 1915.
