May 12, 1914.[[S. 5031](/us/bill/63/s/5031).][[Private, No. 28](/us/pvtl/63/28).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Square 172, Washington, D. C.Title to lot 44, quit claimed to owner of record. That for the purpose of removing a cloud from the title to lot forty-four in John Rothert’s subdivision in square one hundred and seventy-two in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, whatsoever right, title, or interest the United States may have in and to said lot by reason of escheat or otherwise, be, and the same is hereby, quitclaimed unto Delia C.
