CHAP. 87.— An Act Authorizing the Texarkana Board of Trade to construct a bridge across the Red River between Fulton, Arkansas, and Index, Texas. March 3, 1915.[[S. 7723](/us/bill/63/s/7723).][[Public, No. 275](/us/pl/63/275).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Red River.Texarkana Board of Trade may bridge, Fulton, Ark., to Index, Tex. That the Texarkana Board of Trade, of Texarkana, Arkansas-Texas, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto over the Red River between Fulton, Arkansas, and Index, Texas, for railroad and other traffic at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1915.
