CHAP. 85.— An Act For the relief of Gordon W. Nelson. May 9, 1914.[[S. 5445](/us/bill/63/s/5445).][[Private, No. 27](/us/pvtl/63/27).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Gordon W. Nelson.Issue of commission on graduation at Naval Academy. That the President be, and he is hereby, authorized to commission, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, Gordon W. Nelson an ensign in the United States Navy on the date of his graduation after the four years’ course at the Naval Academy, to take rank as an ensign with the other members of his class according to their standing as determined by their final multiples for the four years’ course at the Naval Academy: *Provided*, *Proviso*.Naturalization required.*Infra*.That unless the said Gordon W.
Nelson becomes a citizen of the United States on or before January first, nineteen hundred and fifteen, he shall on said date cease to be an officer of the Navy. Approved, May 9, 1914.
