CHAP. 85.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Suwanee River in the State of Florida. March 3, 1915.[[S. 7555](/us/bill/63/s/7555).][[Public, No. 273](/us/pl/63/273).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of Congress is Suwanee River.hereby given to the construction of a bridge across the Suwanee 954W. W. Cummer Sons Company may bridge, at Fowlers Bluff, Fla.River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Fowlers Bluff in the county of Levy, State of Florida, by the W.
W. Cummer Sons Company, a corporation organized and existing under Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the laws of that State, the said bridge to be built and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1915.
