CHAP. 81.— An Act For the relief of Joseph L. Donovan. May 9, 1914. [[S. 1808](/us/bill/63/s/1808).] [[Public, No. 96](/us/pl/63/96).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of theArmy. Joseph L. Donovan may be appointed captain of infantry, and retired. United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint Joseph L.
Donovan, late a captain in the Twenty-second Infantry, United States Army, a captain of the Infantry in the Army of the United States, and when so appointed he shall be placed on the retired list of the officers of the Army. Approved, May 9, 1914.
