CHAP. 8.— An Act To authorize the board of county commissioners of Okanogan County, Washington, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Okanogan River at or near the town of Malott. August 28, 1913.[[S. 1353](/us/bill/63/s/1353).][[Public, No. 8](/us/pl/63/8).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Okanogan River. Okanogan County, Wash., may bridge, at Malott.That the board of county commissioners of Okanogan County, Washington, its successors and assigns, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, with approaches thereto, across the Okanogan River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the town of Malott to a point opposite on the Colville Indian Reservation, Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” Amendment.approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 28, 1913.
