CHAP. 8.— An Act To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across the Bayou Bartholomew, at or near Wilmot, Arkansas. January 15, 1914.[[H. R. 8142](/us/bill/63/hr/8142).][[Public, No. 45](/us/pl/63/45).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Ashley, Bayou Bartholomew.Ashley County, Ark., may bridge, at Wilmot.a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas, its successors and assigns, De, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Bayou Bartholomew, at or near Wilmot, Arkansas, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction Vol. 34, p. 84.of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1914.
