CHAP. 66.— An Act For the relief of C. E. Moore. April 18, 1914.[[S. 3610](/us/bill/63/s/3610).][[Private, No. 18](/us/pvtl/63/18).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the PostmasterC. E. Moore.Credit in postal accounts. General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the accounts of C. E. Moore, late postmaster at Cherryvale, State of Kansas, to be credited with the sum of $130, and that ho cause said credit to be certified to the Auditor of the Treasury for the Post Office Department, being on account of the loss of $130 in postal funds lost by the failure of the Cherryvale National Bank, of Cherryvale, State of Kansas, it appearing that said loss was without fault or negligence on the part of theAppropriation. late postmaster; and the said sum of $130 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay said claim.
