CHAP. 64.— An Act For the relief of Theresa A. Murray. April 18, 1914.[[S. 75](/us/bill/63/s/75).][[Private, No. 16](/us/pvtl/63/16).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemble*, Theresa A. Murray.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Theresa A. Murray, widow of John P. Murray, late assistant forest ranger, who died August third, nineteen hundred and eleven, from injuries received while in the performance of his duty and without fault on his part, the sum of $1,100, the amount of one year’s salary at the rate of compensation which the said John P.
Murray was Appropriation.receiving at the time of his death. And the sum of $1,100 is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the provisions of this Act. Approved, April 18, 1914.
