CHAP. 59.— An Act Providing for an additional appropriation for a public building in the city of Monroe, North Carolina. April 16, 1914.[[H. R. 12169](/us/bill/63/hr/12169).][[Public, No. 86](/us/pl/63/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monroe, N. C.Appropriation for public building. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,000 for the completion of a post-office building now under construction in the city of Monroe, North Carolina, this same being necessary to carry out the original design for said building.
