February 23, 1915.[[S. 5092](/us/bill/63/s/5092).][[Private, No. 186](/us/pvtl/63/186).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles A. Spotts.Homestead entry validated. That the homestead entry of Charles A. Spotts on Farm Unit L, or the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section numbered two, in township numbered twenty, north of range numbered twenty-one, west of the Montana 1477principal meridian, made under the Act of April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and four (Thirty-third United States Statutes at Large, Vol. 33, p. 304.Vol. 35, p. 448.page three hundred and two), as amended by the Act of May twenty-ninth nineteen hundred and eight (Thirty-fifth United States Statutes at Large, page four hundred and forty-eight), is hereby validated, subject to future compliance with the law.
