That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to relinquish to the Railroad Young Men’s Christian Association all the rights and interests of the United States in and to that portion of a certain alley 1245situated in the city of Marshalltown described as follows:
All that part of the alley situated in block twenty-one in the original town of Marshall, Marshall County, Iowa, extending between the south line of Church Street and the north line of the intersecting alley running east and west in said block. Approved, April 3, 1914.
