CHAP. 47.— An Act For the relief of Chester D. Swift. February 23, 1915.[[S. 1880](/us/bill/63/s/1880).][[Private, No. 183](/us/pvtl/63/183).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Chester D. Swift.Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Chester D. Swift, of Canton, Ohio, or his legal representatives, the sum of $1,100, as full compensation for permanent injuries received by the said Chester D.
Swift on or about the fifteenth day of September, nineteen hundred and ten, while in the performance of his duties as a clerk in the Post Office Department, employed and assigned to duty in the Canton
(Ohio)post office. Approved, February 23, 1915.
