CHAP. 43.— An Act To authorize the county commissioners of Skagit County, Washington, to construct a bridge across Swinomish Slough opposite the town of La Conner. March 26, 1914.[[H. R. 12594](/us/bill/63/hr/12594).][[Public, No. 74](/us/pl/63/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county commissionersSwinomish Slough.Skagit County, Wash., may bridge, at La Conner. of Skagit County, Washington, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Swinomish Slough, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, opposite the town of La Conner, at or near the end of Morris Street,Construction.VoL 34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 26, 1914.
