CHAP. 40.— An Act For the relief of the Southern Transportation Company. February 17, 1915.[[S. 5695](/us/bill/63/s/5695).][[Private, No. 177](/us/pvtl/63/177).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Southern Transportation Company.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Southern Transportation Company, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the sum of $5,556.70, to reimburse the said company for the repairs, expenses, and demurrage in connection with the barge Antietam, owned by said company, on account of damage to said barge by collision with United States lightship Numbered Eighty, which amount is hereby appropriated.
