CHAP. 38.— An Act To authorize the Hudson River Connecting Railroad Corporation to construct a bridge across the Hudson River in the State of New York. March 13, 1914.[[S. 3742](/us/bill/63/s/3742).][[Public, No. 70](/us/pl/63/70).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hudson River, N. Y.Hudson River Connecting Railroad Corporation may bridge. That authority be, and is hereby, granted to the Hudson River Connecting Railroad Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, together with the necessary approaches thereto, across theLocation.
Hudson River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigationConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. between Castleton and Schodack Landing, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 13, 1914.
