CHAP. 38.— An Act To authorize the county of Miami, Indiana, to construct a bridge across the Wabash River in Miami County, Indiana. November 27, 1913.[[H. R. 8702](/us/bill/63/hr/8702).][[Public, No. 37](/us/63/pl/37).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Miami, ofWabash River.Miami County, Ind., may bridge, at Peru. the State of Indiana, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River at a point where Broadway Street of the city of Peru intersects with the right bank of said Wabash River and Broadway Street of the corporate town of South Peru, Indiana, intersects with the left bank of said Wabash River, in the county of Miami, in the State of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toVol. 34, p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, November 27, 1913.
