CHAP. 36.— An Act For the relief of Alfred S. Lewis. February 17, 1915.[[S. 1377](/us/bill/63/s/1377).][[Private, No. 173](/us/pvtl/63/173).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationAlfred S. Lewis.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Alfred S. Lewis shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a first lieutenant of Company H, Eighteenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage*Proviso*.No prior pension. of this Act.
