CHAP. 35.— An Act For the relief of Byron W. Canfield. February 17, 1915.[[S. 1044](/us/bill/63/s/1044).][[Private, No. 172](/us/pvtl/63/172).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration ofByron W. Canfield.Military record corrected. the pension laws Byron W. Canfield, late captain Company E, One hundred and fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on the thirtieth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided, however*, That no pension, bounty,*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. pay, or other pecuniary emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
