CHAP. 345.— An Act For the relief of Kinder and Nicol. October 22, 1914.[[H. R. 8562](/us/bill/63/hr/8562).][[Private, No. 161](/us/pvtl/63/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Kinder and Nicol.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Walter Kinder and Peter Nicol, trading as Kinder and Nicol, of San Diego, State of California, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $22, the same being the value of skiff and pair of oars borrowed by Immigrant Inspectors G.
T. Jones and Dan S. Kuykendall from said Kinder and Nicol for use of the United States Government and destroyed while in the possession of the said immigrant inspectors. Approved, October 22, 1914.
