CHAP. 341.— An Act For the relief of Frederick J. Ernst. October 22, 1914.[[H. R. 4405](/us/bill/63/hr/4405).][[Private, No. 157](/us/pvtl/63/157).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theFrederick J. Ernst.Payment to, for injuries. Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Frederick J. Ernst the sum of $1,500, which sum is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, said sum to be payment in full for injury sustained by the breaking of a carboy of vitriol oil while storing the same for the United States Government at the Washington Navy Yard, September twelfth, nineteen hundred and six.
