CHAP. 327.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion against John Mitchell. October 19, 1914.[[H. R. 12161](/us/bill/63/hr/12161).][[Private, No. 152](/us/pvtl/63/152).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn Mitchell.Granted honorable discharge. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized to remove the charge of desertion against John Mitchell, who served in the United States ships Great Western, Oriole, and Huntress, and to issue to the said John Mitchell, or in case of his death to his heirs or other legal representatives, a certificate of discharge: *Provided*, That no pay or bounty*Proviso*.No pay, etc. for any period of time during which the said John Mitchell was absent from his command without leave of absence shall accrue or be payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
