CHAP. 326.— An Act For the relief of Benjamin A. Sanders. October 17, 1914.[[H. R. 12198](/us/bill/63/hr/12198).][[Private, No. 151](/us/pvtl/63/151).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theBenjamin A. Sanders.Payment to, for injuries. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Benjamin A. Sanders, the sum of $1,000, in full compensation for injuries received by him on December twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and twelve, while in the performance of his duties as an employee of the United States Government, being principal of the Uintah Indian boarding school, Whiterocks, Utah, by a flying piece of a broken emery wheel used as a part of the equipment of said school.
