C.Donation of fence around Vance Park to Craighead Cemetery. around Vance Park, in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina, now being removed in the construction of a United States post-office and courthouse building, is hereby donated to the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Charlotte, North Carolina, for the purpose of being placed around the historic revolutionary Craighead Cemetery, near Sugar Creek Church, in Mecklenburg County: *Provided*, That without expense*Proviso*.No expense. to the United States the grounds shall be left in good condition upon the removal of the fence, including any proper and incidental repairs.
