CHAP. 31.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across White River at Newport, Arkansas.October 7, 1913.[[H. R. 5891](/us/bill/63/hr/5891).][[Public, No. 31](/us/pl/63/31).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That S. Heinemann, his White River.s. Heinemann, may bridge, at Newport, Ark.associates and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across White River at or near Newport, Jackson County, Arkansas, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act Vol. 34, p, 84.to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, October 7, 1913.
