CHAP. 306.— An Act For the relief of Herman von Werthern. September 19, 1914.[[S. 2472](/us/bill/63/s/2472).][[Private, No. 145](/us/pvtl/63/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Herman von Werthern.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Herman von Werthern, late captain of Company K, Second Regiment Louisiana Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as of the date of SeptemberNo back pay. seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, upon condition that no back pay, bounty, pension, or other emoluments shall accrue by reason or the passage of this Act.
