CHAP. 303.— An Act To correct the military record of Aaron S. Winner. September 19, 1914.[[S. 725](/us/bill/63/s/725).][[Private, No. 142](/us/pvtl/63/142).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration ofAaron S. Winner.Military record corrected. the pension laws Aaron S. Winner, who was a private in Company H, One hundred and forty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that company and regiment on the twenty-fifth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, pension,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. or other emolument shall accrue by reason of the passage of this Act.
