CHAP. 29.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States to sell the present old post office and the site thereof in the city of Jersey City, New Jersey. February 17, 1915.[[H. R. 9584](/us/bill/63/hr/9584).][[Public, No. 248](/us/pl/63/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That upon the completion ofJersey City, N. J.Sale of old post office and site authorized. the new Federal building at Jersey City, New Jersey, and its occupancy by the United States, the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to offer at public sale, after proper advertisement, the present old post office and site in said city, and sell the same to the highest and best bidder; to execute a quitclaim deed to the purchaser thereof, and to deposit the proceeds of said sale in the Treasury of the United States as a miscellaneous receipt:*Proviso*.Minimum price. *Provided, however*, That the said property shall not be sold for less than the sum of $25,000.
