CHAP. 282.— An Act For the relief of Davis Smith.August 22, 1914.[[H. R. 16205](/us/bill/63/hr/16205).][[Private, No. 136](/us/pvtl/63/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Davis Smith.Homestead patentInterior is hereby authorized to issue a patent to Davis Smith, of Wewela, Tripp County, South Dakota, for the northeast quarter of section numbered ten m township ninety-five north of range seventy-six west of the fifth principal meridian, South Dakota, regardless of the fact that said Davis Smith had commuted a former entry under the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act relating to the public lands Vol. 21, p. 238.of the United States,” approved June fifteenth, eighteen hundred and eighty (Twenty-first Statutes, page two hundred and thirty-seven): *Provided*, That said Davis Smith make satisfactory proof of his compliance *Proviso*.Proof, etc., required.with the homestead law and pay the price per acre provided m the law under which he made homestead entry for the land described herein.
