CHAP. 28.— An Act Extending the time for completion of the bridge across the Mississippi River at Memphis, Tennessee, authorized by an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Arkansas and Memphis Railway Bridge and Terminal Company to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Mississippi River at Memphis, Tennessee,” approved August twenty-third, nineteen hundred and twelve. February 15, 1915.[[H. R. 20933](/us/bill/63/hr/20933).][[Public. No. 247](/us/pl/63/247).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River.Time extended for bridging, by Arkansas and Memphis Railway Bridge and Terminal Company at Memphis, Tenn,Vol. 37, p. 359.
That the time for the completion of a bridge now in course of construction across the Mississippi River at Memphis, Tennessee, which Arkansas and Memphis Railway Bridge and Terminal Company, its successors or assigns, was authorized to construct, maintain, and operate by an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Arkansas and Memphis Railway and Bridge811 Company to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Mississippi River at Memphis, Tennessee, approved August twenty-third, nineteen hundred and twelve, amending an Act of a similar title approved July twentieth, nineteen hundred and twelve, be, and the same is hereby, extended for a period of one year from the twenty-third day of August, nineteen hundred and fifteen: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. in all other respects the said bridge shall be completed, maintained, and operated in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1915.
