R. 12844](/us/bill/63/hr/12844).][[Private, No. 132](/us/pvtl/63/132).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Spencer Roberts.Promotion of, in District of Columbia police.That the Commissioners of the District of Columbia are hereby authorized and empowered to appoint and promote Spencer Roberts, now a member of the Metropolitan police force of said District, m class two, to any vacancy that may exist in class three of said Metropolitan police force.
