Ewart.Reimbursement to.That the Postmaster General is authorized and directed to reimburse Ella M. Ewart, a clerk in the post office at Marion, Ohio, the sum of $135, being the amount made good by her to the United States on account of a postal savings certificate fraudulently paid in said office without fault or negligence on her part.
Sec. 2. That the sum of $135 is hereby appropriated, out of anyAppropriation. money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the provisions of this Act. Approved, August 22, 1914.
