R. 1528](/us/bill/66/sjres/90).][[Private, No. 128](/us/pvtl/63/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the T. A. Roseberry.Land patent to.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed upon payment to the Government of the United States, the full sum of $1.25 per acre having first been made, to issue patent to T.
A. Roseberry and his heirs, for the land embraced in his timber claim entry numbered one hundred and forty-seven, being the west half of the northeast quarter, and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, section twenty, township thirty-nine north, range nine east, Mount Diablo base and meridian in the Susanville Land District in Modoc County, California. Approved, August 22, 1914.
