CHAP. 273.— An Act For the relief of Thomas F. Howell.August 22, 1914.[[H. R. 1516](/us/bill/63/hr/1516).][[Private, No. 127](/us/pvtl/63/127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Thomas F. Howell.Homestead entry of, reinstated.Interior is hereby authorized to reinstate the homestead entry numbered thirty-nine hundred and forty-four of Thomas F. Howell, and to issue a patent to said Thomas F.
Howell for the land embraced in his homestead entry numbered thirty-nine hundred and forty-four, Redding, California, for the southeast quarter of northeast quarter of section six, south half of northwest quarter and southwest quarter of northeast quarter of section five, township twenty-eight north, range five east, Mount Diablo meridian, upon submission of proof of residence upon and improvement and cultivation of said land as required by the homestead laws: *Provided*, That such final proof be submitted *Proviso*.Proof required.at any time within four years after the approval of this Act.
