Booser may bridge, at Corning, Ark.That George A. Booser, a citizen of Corning, Clay County, Arkansas, and his successors and assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, and approaches thereto, across Black River at or near the intersection of sections eight and nine, in township twenty north, range five east, being a little south and east of the town of Corning, Clay County, Arkansas, at a point suitable to the interests Vol. 34, p. 84.of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, October 6, 1913.
