CHAP. 251.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy and of wars other than the Civil War, and to certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.August 13, 1914.[[S. 5899](/us/bill/63/s/5839).][[Private, No. 119](/us/pvtl/63/119).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of Pensions.the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Samuel H.
Portz, late of Company G, Fifty-second Pension.Samuel H. Portz.Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, War with Spam, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of Harold L. Clifton, late of Troop K, Seventh Regiment Pension increased.Harold L.
