CHAP. 246.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors.August 10, 1914.[[H. R. 17482](/us/bill/63/hr/17482).][[Private, No. 115](/us/pvtl/63/115).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Anna Margaret Lynskey, widow of Richard Lynskey, Pensions.Anna Margaret Lynskey.late of Company D, Fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
The name of Samuel Willis, late of Battery A, First Battalion Samuel Willis.Maine Volunteer Heavy Artillery, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of William C. Children of Warren R. Barlow.The names of Winnie M. Barlow, Annie A. Barlow, and Niles B. Barlow, minor children of Warren R. Barlow, late unassigned, United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay them a pension at the rate of $12 per month and $2 per month additional on account of each of said children until they reach the age of sixteen years. The name of Roscoe Caudill, late of the One hundred and sixty-sixth Company, United States Coast Artillery Corps, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
