CHAP. 244.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors. August 10, 1914.[[H. R. 15959](/us/bill/63/hr/15959).][[Private, No. 113](/us/pl/63/113).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Asher P.

AnspacherRegiment United States Volunteer Engineers, and Company B, Forty-fifth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
