CHAP. 241.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. August 7, 1914.[[S. 5843](/us/bill/63/s/5843).][[Private, No. 112](/us/pvtl/63/112).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Ruth A.
Jackson, widow of Franklin D. Jackson, late Pensions increased.Ruth A. Jackson.of Company I, First Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of Josephina Soleau, widow of Francis X.
