CHAP. 24.— An Act To authorize the city of Fairmont to construct and operate a bridge across the Monongahela River at or near the city of Fairmont, in the State of West Virginia.October 6, 1913.[[H. R. 6582](/us/bill/63/hr/6582).][[Public, No. 24](/us/pl/63/24).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Monongahela River.,Fairmont, W. Va., may bridge. That the city of Fairmont, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of West Virginia, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Monongahela River at or near the city of Fairmont, in Marion County, West Virginia, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges Vol. 34, p. 84.over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That tire right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, October 6, 1913.
