CHAP. 235.— An Act For the relief of Waldo H. Coffman. August 7, 1914. [[S. 4029](/us/bill/63/s/4029).] [[Private, No. 106](/us/pvtl/63/106).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Waldo H. Coffman. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably1393discharged soldiers, Waldo H. Coffman, formerly a private of the Ninety-third Company, Coast Artillery Corps, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company on the eighteenth day of August, nineteen hundred and thirteen: *Provided,* That all pay and allowances due him on*Proviso*.
Pay, etc. said date shall be allowed him. Approved, August 7, 1914.
