CHAP. 233.— An Act For the relief of Matthew Logan. August 6, 1914. [[S. 3761](/us/bill/63/s/3761).] [[Private, No. 105](/us/pvtl/63/105).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matthew Logan. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Matthew Logan shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Battery H, First Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Light Artillery, on the twenty-fifth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Proviso*.
No prior pension.*Provided,* That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, August 6, 1914.
