CHAP. 232.— An Act For the relief of Benjamin E. Jones. August 6, 1914. [[S. 1803](/us/bill/63/s/1803).] [[Private, No. 104](/us/pvtl/63/104).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin E. Jones. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Benjamin E. Jones, junior engineer, United States Geological Survey, the sum of $70, and said amount is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, said sum to be in full of all losses incurred and damages sustained by him in an accident while engaged hi the Government service.
