That the health officer of the District of Columbia be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a permit for the removal of the remains of the late Robert Caldwell Culbertson from Woodlawn Cemetery, District of Columbia, to Rocky Spring Cemetery, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Approved, March 4, 1915.
