Rogers.Payment to, death of husband.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mary L.
Rogers, widow of Frank Henry Rogers, who died from injuries received in the performance of his duties as an assistant superintendent of construction under the Supervising Architect of the Treasury, while engaged in inspection work on the Federal building at Bellaire, Ohio, the sum of $2,190. Approved, March 4, 1915.
