CHAP. 220.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to accept conveyance of title to certain land between the post-office site and Madison Street in the city of Thomasville, Georgia.July 31, 1914.[[H. R. 15110](/us/bill/63/hr/15110).][[Public, No. 159](/us/pl/63/159).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomasville, Ga. Public building site, to be known as Roddenbery Park. That the post-office site, except where buildings, further addition, and approaches are now or may hereafter be located, may, in the discretion of the Secretary of the Treasury, be used as a public park, to be known as Roddenbery Park, to be maintained by the city of Thomasville, under regulations prescribed from time to time by the Secretary of the Treasury.
Acceptance of additional land.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to accept conveyance of title to the land between the post-office site and Madison Street, in the city of Thomasville, Georgia, and the said land so acquired shall thereupon become *Proviso*.Added to park.part of said post-office site: *Provided*, That the said enlarged post-office site, except where buildings, further additions, and approaches are now or may hereafter be located, may, in the discretion of the Secretary of the Treasury, be used as a public park, to be known as Roddenbery Park, to be maintained by the city of Thomasville, under regulations to be prescribed from time to time by the Secretary of the Treasury.
