CHAP. 22.— An Act To authorize the county of Aitkin, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River in Aitkin County, Minnesota.October 6, 1913.[[H. R. 1985](/us/bill/35/hr/1985).][[Public, No. 22](/us/pl/63/22).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Aitkin, Mississippi River.Aitkin County, Minn., may bridge. a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near one of the Location.points where the said Mississippi River is crossed by the section line between sections twenty-three and twenty-six in township forty-nine north, range twenty-five west, of the fourth principal meridian, in the county of Aitkin, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction Vol. 34, p. 84.of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, October 6, 1913.
