Pritchard.Credit in postal accounts.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, to credit the accounts of, or to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Charles L.
Pritchard, of Front Royal, Virginia, the sum of $3,472.62, being the value of stamps and money taken from his custody as postmaster at Front Royal, Virginia, by burglars, on July nineteenth, nineteen hundred and thirteen. Approved, March 4, 1915.
